The Mille Lacs Lake Minnesota Area

Mille Lacs Lake is a 132,000 acre lake that has various structure from rock to sand, mud flats and weeded bays. Mille Lacs Lake is not only a great summer lake, it also has some of the best ice fishing from December to March in the state of Minnesota.

Mille Lacs Lake is located ninety miles north of Minneapolis and St. Paul in North Central Minnesota. In addition to the world class fishing, the area has a state park, magnificent golf courses and a large casino.

All our fishing launches are State of Minnesota Certified and equipped with Coast Guard safety equipment. All fishing launch drivers are guides and certified pilots.

Winter Ice Fishing

Terry's also offers private locations on mud flats. We move to where the fish are. Deluxe, fully equipped fish-houses are available for rent. Fish houses sleep from two to ten people, and have bunks, table and chairs, cookstoves, Lindell Rattle Reels, lights, carpet, and some have bathrooms.
